You will be accountable for defining the product’s direction, strategy, and ensuring a strong balance between innovation, maintenance, and reduction of technical debt. You will own and drive the product roadmap, prioritize the backlog, and secure that the team is always working on the most valuable initiatives.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization, including business, product, and digital teams, as well as work hands-on with agile teams consisting of developers, testers, architects, and analysts. You will also participate in architectural decisions to ensure that solutions align with business needs and deliver real value. You will:

• Own and drive the product roadmap and strategy

• Prioritize and manage the product backlog

• Balance business value, innovation, maintenance, and technical debt

• Gather and clarify requirements from stakeholders across the value chain

• Define and monitor product metrics to track performance and outcomes

• Drive smaller cross-team initiatives

• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations (e.g., personal data handling)

• Escalate risks when needed according to the risk management process

• Continuously improving ways of working within the team and interfaces

• Experience working across multiple teams or driving cross-team initiatives

• Familiarity with product metrics and data-driven decision-making
