We are now looking for a Business Transformation Manager to join our Customer Excellence & Change team within Telenor Business.

How you’ll make a difference with us

The Customer Excellence & Change team drives customer experience, business improvement, compliance, and transformation across Telenor Business. Working closely with Sales, Commercial, Operations, Product, and IT, we create simple, seamless, and customer-focused experiences.

As a Business Transformation Manager, you will lead strategic improvement and transformation initiatives that support Telenor Business's priorities. You will collaborate across functions to identify challenges, develop solutions, and ensure that organisational capabilities, leadership, processes, and technology evolve to support business goals.

A key part of the role is turning strategy into action. You will help leaders and teams navigate change, build alignment, and ensure improvements are adopted and sustained over time. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives from strategy and problem definition through implementation and follow-up.

• Translate business strategy into actionable roadmaps, priorities, and organisational changes.

• Coordinate stakeholders, manage dependencies, and address risks to drive progress across the organisation.

• Support leaders and teams through change by applying structured change management practices.

• Facilitate workshops, decision-making processes, and stakeholder discussions.

• Develop presentations, business cases, recommendations, and executive updates.

• Drive adoption and continuous improvement through effective communication, feedback, and engagement.

• Contribute to new ways of working, governance models, and business processes, ensuring organisational and behavioural considerations are embedded from the start.

Are you the one we’re looking for?

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced transformation professional who combines strategic thinking with strong execution. You are passionate about improving how businesses work, turning ideas into action, and driving successful organisational change.

You thrive in complex environments, creating structure, alignment, and momentum even when the path forward is not fully defined. With strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, you build trusted relationships, influence without formal authority, and translate strategic ambitions into lasting business impact. To succeed in this role, you have:

• A university degree in business, engineering, economics, or a related field.

• Several years of experience in business transformation, strategy implementation, business development, change management, management consulting, or similar areas.

• A proven track record of leading complex cross-functional transformation initiatives.

• Experience working closely with senior leaders and decision-makers.

• Strong analytical, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• The ability to translate complexity into clear recommendations, plans, and actions.

• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.
